Quality flow

Inspection follows the tool through manufacture.

A practical control plan can cover incoming steel and purchased components, machining-stage checks, mold-component dimensions, assembly, trial results, sample measurements and final packing. The agreed plan depends on customer requirements.

Shipment

Prepare the approved tool for its next operating environment.

For tool shipment, the handover should cover agreed records, preservation, packing and the destination machine requirements. For molding programmes, packing and logistics are reviewed around the component instead.
